Deposit

We accept credit/debit cards or cheque to guarantee a booking.

Payment

On departure, by the following methods:

• Sterling cash
• Cheque
• Credit/debit cards [3% surcharge to cover fees and terminal hire costs. Note we do not accept American Express]

Cancellation

• 7 or more days notice, no charge
• Less than 7 days notice we charge in full, but only if we fail to re-let the room
• No shows or 'on the day' room refusals will be charged in full
• We advise all guests to take out travel insurance, to cover against the cost of cancellation

Check-In

• 11.30am - 1.30pm
• or 4.30pm - 7.30pm

If you would like to check-in outside these times we are flexible but require prior notice.

Check-Out

10.00am allows us to prepare for new arrivals, but you're welcome to leave luggage with us if you wish to spend more time enjoying historic York.

Non-Smoking

For the health and safety of our guests, Queen Annes Guesthouse is non-smoking throughout. Should you choose to ignore this policy you will be charged £100 for specialist cleaning to your room. Payment will be taken from the credit / debit card used to secure the room.

Pets

For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed.

Car Parking

On-street parking with permits [supplied by us] or private parking is available [subject to availability].
